Addiction is a chronic condition characterized by the compulsive use of substances or engagement in behaviors despite negative consequences. It often involves changes in brain chemistry, leading to intense cravings and loss of control. Effective treatment typically includes therapy, support groups, and sometimes medication to help manage withdrawal symptoms and support recovery.

At Pembroke Mental Health Services, we strive to make our care accessible with flexible payment options. Each session is priced at $140, and we accept American Express, Mastercard, Visa, and Zelle for your convenience. We also work with various insurance providers to help cover the costs. Additionally, we offer a sliding scale for those who may need financial assistance—simply apply to see if you qualify. Our goal is to ensure that our services are within reach and tailored to your needs.
We personalize each session to ensure our clients are getting the most out of their time in therapy. In our first session, we will work on getting to know one another with the goal of learning your unique challenges and what led you to seek support. We will conduct a thorough clinical evaluation to understand you as well as the challenges you may be experiencing. This allows us to determine a plan to use our strong clinical skills to support you in dealing with these challenges. We use a combination of the acceptance and commitment (ACT) method and the cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) method, tailoring our treatment plan to your unique needs.
